        陈博士是沪港地产资本行政总裁及创办合伙人,负责公司的日常运作,主导房地产项目的融资、收购及处置策略。沪港 地产资本现时管理资产超过 10 亿美元, 过去 5 年在上海完成超过 60 亿人民币的房地产投资交易;包括收购普陀港中旅大厦、长宁维景公寓、浦东创屹商业大厦及出售静安门大厦、长宁尚泰里项目与普陀中港汇大厦。陈博士在创办沪港地产资本之前曾担任英国高富诺基金管理公司的董事超过5年,负责大中华地区的相关业务, 任内领导的代表项目包括上海长风景畔广场、香港电讯盈科大厦、上海 Belgravia Place 和 Grosvenor Place。

        陈博士从业始 90 年代初期,曾担任多家集团公司的高管,包括天津发展、南丰集团,丽新集团和第一太平戴维斯。他在中国及亚太区区拥有超 25 年的房地产及资本运作经验,擅长项目的投融资、房地产开发及基金管理。

        陈博士毕业于香港大学,获取机械工程学士学位及房地产金融硕士学位,拥有特许金融分析师及皇家特许测量师资质,并于 2017 年取得厦门大学金融学博士学位。陈博士在沪港两地担任多项公职,除了在香港大学房地产建造系担任讲师外,还是皇家特许测量师学会(香港分会)董事、香港证监会房地产投资信托基金委员会委员及香港浸会大学校董;在 上海则担任上海市政协委員、上海青年联合会常委、上海香港联会首席副会长和沪港经济发展协会副会长。


        Dr. Chan is the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Hongkong and Shanghai Land Capital (HSL Capital). He is responsible for the operations of the company with special focuses on project financing, acquisitions and disposal strategies. HSL Capital currently manages an asset size of US$1 billion and has completed a total transaction of RMB 6 billion in the last 5 five years in Shanghai, including the acquisition of Putou China Travel Service Tower, Changning Metropark Hotel and Pudong Chongyi Building as well as the disposal of Point JingAn, Project Parklane and Central Park Putuo. Before founding HSL Capital, Dr. Chan had served as a Director of the Grosvenor Fund Management for 5 years responsible for Greater China. Under his leadership, the Fund accomplished a number of outstanding projects namely HK PCCW Tower, Shanghai Parkside Plaza, Shanghai Belgravia Place and Grosvenor Place.

        Dr. Chan commenced his career in the early 1990s and held senior management positions in Tianjin Development, Nan Fung Group, Lai Sun Group and First Pacific Davis. With more than 25 years of working experience in China and Asia Pacific, he is seasoned in capital market operation, project finance and investment, property development and fund management business.

        Dr. Chan earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong. After qualifying as a CFA and FRICS, he was also awarded PhD (Finance) from Xiamen University. Dr. Chan currently engages in a multiple of public services both in Shanghai and Hong Kong. He is the lecturer of the Department of Real Estate & Construction in the University of Hong Kong, Board Member of RICS Hong Kong, Committee Member of Hong Kong SFC REIT Committee and Council Member of Hong Kong Baptist University. In Shanghai, he is appointed as CPPCC Member, Standing Director of Shanghai Youth Federation, First Vice Chairman of Shanghai Hong Kong Association and Vice President of Hong Kong-Shanghai Economic Development Association.
