        谢先生在国内、香港及海外上市公司有逾 25 年工作的丰富经验,曾参与及管理总投资数额以百亿元计的多个项目;曾任香港上市的房地产发展公司执行董事及总裁超过15年;作为公司的主要策划及带领者,成功地为三家公司首次招股上市;业务发展方面,作为上市公司的总裁,亲身带领公司从较小规模发展成地域性甚至全国性的市场领导者;在中国主要城市策划、管理及建成具影响力的地标性项目;与私募及房产基金有丰富合作经验;熟悉投资及发展项目各项细节;对上市公司的策略安排、企业管治及全面性管理具成功的实践经验。



        Mr. Tse has over 25 years’ extensive working experience in mainland China, Hong Kong and overseas, mostly with publicly-listed companies; spectrum of projects undertaken covers multi-billion dollars investments. He had more than 15 years as CEO/ Executive Director of publicly-listed real estate developers, with unique experience of participating and leading three successful IPOs for the companies, as well as intrinsic involvement as CEO in building up publicly-listed real estate developers from relatively small players to regional/national market leaders, planning, managing and delivering some of the influential landmark projects in major cities.

        Mr. Tse has solid experiences in working with private equity and real estate funds, hands-on knowledge on every detail of property development and investment process, and practical experience in strategic planning, corporate governance and overall management of publicly-listed companies.

        Mr. Tse is in possession of the academic qualifications of BSc (Eng), University of Hong Kong, MBA, University of Warwick, U.K. and Doctor in Business Administration, Macquarie University, Australia. He completed Advanced Management Development Program in Harvard University, U.S., currently professional members of Hong Kong Institute of Engineers as well as Chartered Institute of Building, U.K., previously Director of China Real Estate Association and Vice President of Guangdong Real Estate Association, as well as member of International Advisory Board of Harvard University Real Estate Academic Initiative, U.S. He currently serves as a member of The Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, U.S.
